Steamboat Lake Cabin Reservation Cancellation

If your plans have changed and you need to cancel a cabin reservation altogether, please fill in and submit the form below.  Please review our cancellation policy before you cancel.

  • Cancellations more than 30 days prior to your arrival day will receive a refund minus a 25% rebooking fee per cabin reserved. This includes reducing the number of days of the reservation.
     

  • Cancellations less than 30 days up to 3 days prior to your arrival day will receive a refund minus a 50% rebooking fee per cabin reserved. This includes reducing the number of days of the reservation.
     

  • Cancellations and Changes made within 72 hours of arrival date and no-shows will not receive any refund
