Response to COVID-19

Your and our employees' health and safety are our top priority during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are also subject to health-orders issued by Routt County and the State of Colorado. As a result, we are modifying our operations and policies to assure the health and safety of all guest and employees and to comply with the law. Our measures are:

Stringent Cleaning - We’ve increased the frequency of disinfecting surfaces and high traffic areas between each rental, and hand sanitizer will be available to all of our guests.

Social Distancing - Guests will stay at a safe 6-foot distance during all points of contact. We will also ensure that all staff members wear the necessary PPE.

Wellness Checks - Employees receive daily wellness checks to ensure they are healthy and symptom-free. If you or anyone in your group is experiencing symptoms, we will work directly with you to cancel or reschedule your tour.
We look forward to welcoming you as a guest and ask for your patience and understanding as we all work through this situation. We will get through this together. And you will have fun this summer when you come visit.

Marina Store
​
We have modifed operations at our store to comply with county and state health orders and to keep all of us safe. Fire wood and ice are available as usual. We have changed the layout of the store to keep everyone safe. You are required to wear a face mask when entering the store. We will adjust these rules and operations as the rules change in the summer of 2021.

Pontoon And Watercraft Rentals
Our modified procedures will include contact-minimized electronic check-in and check-out. Boats will be cleaned and disinfected between rentals. Our utmost concern is for your safety, so please bear with us through any delays and complications that may arise.

Cabin Rentals
​
We are taking cabin reservations with modified rental policies. We have had to make some changes to cabins, like removing coffee machines, for your and our employees safety. Please bring your own coffee makers and supplies for the all important morning coffee.

Water Sports (Ski, Surf) Boat
​
​The current plan for the 2021 boating season is to delay our Water Sports program until a future date. We miss enjoying the fun times on the water with our guests and we look forward to more fun time on the water soon!
